Commercial Property Management

LCP have worked with Arquero since 2014. They provide day-to-day property management services for a number of our properties in Hampshire. I have always found Myra and her team provide an excellent & thorough service. Interpreting and understanding the issues and always responding to matters promptly, liaising seamlessly between landlord and tenant.

I would recommend Arquero for their continued support, professionalism and approachable manner, they are experts in property management and an asset to any client.

A pleasure to deal with, offering a straightforward practical approach to property matters and clear lines of instruction, as well as having the skillset to provide valuable input on their own clients' behalf in letting and rent reviews over commercial property. Our geographic spread of properties has presented no problems in terms of communication with the Arquero team who visit our properties on a regular basis.

We have been impressed with their professional approach to the management of commercial properties in and around Verwood and Romsey. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services. They continue to be a very professional company.

Custodian Capital have worked with Myra and her team at Arquero Management since 2012. During this time, they have provided property management services for a number of our investment portfolios across the UK. Arquero regularly inspect our properties and ensure they are well managed. They openly communicate and deal with any issues that arise promptly. Arquero provide an excellent, professional service and we are happy to recommend them.
